Jared is the founder of NYC HelpDesk.co. He is also a former Peace Corps volunteer, English major and lover of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Jared holds an M.A. in theoretical linguistics from CUNY Graduate Center and enjoys playing in open fire hydrants.

Aleks is well versed in PHP, Perl, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and Ajax. He is also an expert in related areas of UI/UX development. Aleks graduated with a B.A. in Computer Science from St. Peterburg State Sea Technical University, Russia.

Jyoti works as a developer on a multitude of projects for NYC HelpDesk.co. She holds a M.A. in Computer Science from NGCCA University, Ahmedabad.
